We want to make you aware of change that is happening at Blackpool Catering.

Due to having to close our show room during the Covid-19 pandemic, we found it was much more productive and had a positive impact on the way we had to now deal with our customers. As a result of this we will be closing the show room on a permanent basis to ensure you continue to receive the best level of customer service.

We have increased our office hours to 8am-6pm (Mon-Fri), and our emergency/out of hours call out service will be operated via email. 

We will now offer site/home visits to discuss any current and future projects, providing a full 3d plan and cad design for your commercial kitchen-refrigeration and extraction systems, to put forward to planning.

Our service department will operate as usual with service requests being booked in over the phone or via email. 

Due to the effects of Covid v's Brexit as many will be aware, internet sites offering stock availability is not now always the case. Therefore, please email or call with any sales requests for equipment and we will find the most competitive pricing with exact availabilities prior to ordering. This impact has made us change how we take orders and we will not invoice for goods until we are 100% certain you will receive them when expected.
